Do not drink cow's milk anymore

Do not drink cow's milk anymore

It might be shocking to some of you what you are gonna read in this article how many of our grandmothers, parents, and doctors advised us to drink milk for healthy and strong bones.

Actually, this habit would make our bones structure way more exposed to fractures and to osteoporosis, allergies, asthma, immune diseases, and digestive system disorders...

Drinking milk for humans

Milk is for baby cows, not humans, newborn humans feed on milk from their mothers while breastfeeding, but after the age of 24 months, there is no more lactase, the enzyme that digest lactose and most of the adults do not have enough lactase to digest the lactose.

Cow milk is high in beta lactose because it was designed to give the appropriate nutrients to baby cows, not to humans, human milk contains alpha lactose which is easier to digest and we don't really need that much of beta lactose as human beings like baby cows.

After the calf is born, Its weight will be more than double after 3 months of lactation, so it's illogical
that the cow's milk is good for newborn humans.

Toxicity of cows milk

Milk proteins, Milk contains several types of protein, including whey and casein, the whey protein is light, easy to digest, and fast absorbing protein and helps in muscle growth, and casein, there are many types, including beta-casein A1 and beta-casein A2.

What is the difference between them and why casein is related to milk toxicity?

Naturally, cow's milk contains A2  beta-casein, but a genetic mutation occurred that caused a conversion in one amino acid in the peptides chain, and the milk protein become A1 beta-casein with A2 beta-casein, but A2 milk only contains A2 beta-casein.

The difference between A1 and A2 is that A1 casein is a heavy protein to digest and slow to absorb, causing gases and abdominal cramps and bowel disorders as bloating, and when digested releases a peptide called  BCM-7 into the small intestine and by entering the bloodstream, it increases the level of inflammation and increases allergy and asthma.

The A1 milk could cause addiction to milk and dairy products because the structure of BCM-7 is similar to the morphine structure so the same cell's receptors for morphine could recognize the BCM-7 and your body will have craving for milk and cheese.

As for A2 milk, it only contains this type of beta-casein, it is easier to digest and does not cause bloating or bowel disorders and does not release BCM-7 after digestion these days most of the cows used in farming and dairy production are A1 type, and there are no longer many cow breeds from that produce A2 milk.

Milk PhHuman milk has a neutral Ph around 7 comparing to cows milk that is more acidic by a Ph around 6,4 and due to high acidity in cows milk when entering the intestine it ruins the alkalinity of the intestine.

It stimulates mucus secretion in the intestine and this leads to higher levels of inflammation and immune diseases.

when drinking cows milk the body needs to neutralize this milk by bringing more calcium from bones and this leads to thinner bone tissue and to osteoporosis and to the high calcium index in the bloodstream there is a higher risk of forming kidney stones and cardiovascular diseases and heart failure

Harmful milk ingredients

Bovine growth hormone and estrogen, using bovine growth hormone to increase milk production by 20% to 25% and when drinking this milk that contains estrogen and bovine growth hormone it elevates the risk of prostate cancer, polycystic ovaries, and early puberty in girls.

Antibiotics, In farms, they give cows daily antibiotics to prevent the spread of bacterial infections between cows and you take these antibiotics when we drink milk and this could be a cause of bacterial resistance and this weakens the immune system.

The insulin growth factor helps in increasing the production of milk and dairy products but when we take it from milk it increases the risk of diabetes, skin problems, and breast cancer.

What are the substitutes of milk

Goat milk, and sheep milk, are more neutral than cows milk, it's A2 casein milk and milk should from a grass-fed source and not from farms.

Remember that milk is an important part of your diet due to the high nutritional value but you should pay attention to the source and type of milk that you are drinking.
